Please be aware of our 24 hour cancellation policy.

All appointments require a cancellation notice within 24 hours to avoid being charged for you appointment.

Any appointments part of a package or membership must be rescheduled within 24 hours to ensure that you have all or your favourite time slots reserved for you.

Cancelling well in advance will give someone else an opportunity to book an appointment too.

There are no refunds for 12 Week Packages, however expiration dates may be waved for emergencies only. Once you are signed up for a program you are responsible for showing up for your appointments or classes.

All packages will be paid in full up front. Minimum Packages are available and you may add on extra Sessions or Classes throughout your program when needed.

It is your responsibility to reschedule missed sessions prior to your expiration date.

Remember..COMMITMENT is key to your SUCCESS! We are going to have a great time getting you started and making sure that you get the most our of your time with me! That is a promise!

So please make sure you are 100% committed to your program and your scheduled sessions.
