I waive all legal rights against and release Embarking Dogs, its owners, employees, and/or agents. (collectively referred to as “ED”) from all liability of any nature for injury or damage which I, members of my family, my dog, or other guests who may attend (collectively referred to as “Attendees”) may suffer, including, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from (1) the actions (including but not limited to acts of negligence) of ED or another person or dog attending any Puppy Play & Learn Day Camp, any Training Class, a Walk & Train Adventure or a Private Lesson (collectively referred to as “Services”) on the ED training grounds, the area surrounding the training grounds, in public spaces, or on my own property and (2) any advice or instruction is given by ED to me or any Attendees. I waive my legal rights and release ED after ED has informed me that attendance at the Services may pose risks to myself and other Attendees because some of the dogs to which I/we may be exposed may be difficult for any handler to control and may be the cause of injury (i.e. dog bite) to any of the Attendees. This is true even when the dogs are handled with the greatest amount of care. I fully understand that regardless of the training received by any dog, a dog always possesses the propensity to bite. I waive my legal rights and release ED voluntarily and without relying on representations made to me by ED. I acknowledge that ED has made no representations, guarantees, or implied or express promises as to the outcomes of the participation of me or any of the Attendees in the Services. I acknowledge that ED offers instruction in the area of dog training and is not a place of recreation. In consideration of and to induce ED to accept me and my dog into the Services, I agree to indemnify and hold ED harmless from any and all claims, including claims by any Attendee that is the result of any action by any dog, including my own. I agree to pay any and all medical and veterinary expenses that may arise from my dog’s participation in any of the Services.

Participation in Services that include social interaction (dog to dog and human to human) is not without risk of health. I acknowledge that disease and parasites may spread regardless of vaccination history as not all strains of all viruses are guaranteed by the vaccination itself and that some of the Services I, and/or my dog, will be participating in take place in public settings where other variables are out of the control of ED. I agree to follow any and all COVID-19 policies put in place by ED and to keep my dog(s) vaccinations up to date and have fecal testing done regularly. I agree to indemnify and hold ED harmless from any and all claims, including claims by any Attendee that is the result of any action by any dog or person, including my own and myself.

Payment is due at the time of registration for all services.

Individual Coaching & Consultation payments are due at the time of registration and are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling is always an option. Cancelations without rescheduling will only receive a 50% refund. This includes Puppy Adventure Camp and Group Training Quests coaching sessions.

At this time our class sizes are reduced by 50% capacity to ensure social distancing is possible. MASKS are not required but are welcome during indoor classes and in-home individual coaching and consultation sessions, regardless of vaccination status.
