Sirena Studios Release and Liability Waiver and Studio Policies

I acknowledge that participation in a sport or physical exercise may result in accident or injury.
I assume the risk connected with the participation in a sport or exercise and represent that I am in good health and suffer no impairment, which would limit my use of training.
Participant acknowledges that training at Sirena Studios will not render any medical services, including medical diagnosis of Participant's physical condition.
Participant specifically agrees that training with Sirena Studios, its officers, employees or agents shall not be liable for any claim, demand, cause of action whatsoever for, or on the account of death, personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind resulting from or related to Participant's use of the facilities, equipment or participation in any exercise or activity within or without the studio premises, and Participant agrees to hold training with Sirena Studios harmless from same.
All Private and Duet sessions are 55 minutes. Sessions will begin and end promptly as scheduled, regardless of client's arrival time.
24-hour cancellation is required to avoid being charged for appointments and classes. Please cancel online or call/email your instructor directly.
A single participant's cancellation of a duet session will result in absentee being charged for the appointment.
Frequent cancellation or irregular attendance for appointments or classes may result in the loss of a regularly scheduled reservation.
In case of instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to keep your appointment time by booking you into another instructor's schedule. If you do not wish to exercise this option, please let your instructor know in advance so that we may contact you to cancel.
Advance payment is required to sign up for classes or book reoccurring appointments.
All packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Special promotions may have unique expiration dates. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
