I acknowledge that service series packages expire in 12 months from purchase date, unless noted otherwise. Currently, these packages may only be used by one person, but may be used for multiple types of services, as indicated in the description. If ever I want to upgrade my service to a longer session or add enhancements, I will pay the difference at the time of the service. I am aware that an appointment is required for all services and it is recommended to schedule at least one week in advance. Failing to comply to the 24 hour cancellation policy will result in a lost session from package.

Exercise Class Packages: no refunds on unused classes. We recommend you reserve your spot for all classes you plan to attend when you purchase your package. Once they are full, they are full. Failing to comply to the 24 hour cancellation policy will result in a lost class from package.

Monthly Box Subscriptions: cannot be combined with other offers. No refunds/returns or exchanges. Free shipping. Your card is charged on the 15th of every new month and your boxes are shipped within 7 business days after payment is received. Automated, recurring payments on the 15th of the month. Cancel at any time before next payment has been processed. *If you order after the 15th of the month, your first box will be shipped with the next cycle.
