Suitable for all levels : workouts are scaled up or down to accommodate various skill levels.
Pool training is perfect for your mental and physical health.
** No refunds due to weather, sickness, life events, or any other reason. If you notify by text / email at least 24 hrs. in advance, you can credit your payment to a future session in the next 3 months.

- Covers unlimited pool training
- Covers unlimited sauna + cold plunge recovery post pool training
- Free guest passes for first time visitor or out of town guest (one guest per session, must register guest at least 24 hours before class, must attend with guest, subject to space availability)

- Sorry, no refunds, extensions, or pro-rations
- Full month membership can be paused - please provide reasonable written notice before billing date i.e. at least 5 days
- If you sign up for a class and are planning to attend, please open the spot for another attendee by cancelling 24 hours in advance. No-show charges will be assessed after the second occurrence
