This package starts at $4500 for up to 10 school applications with up to 15 live meetings and up to 5 hours of off-line additional editing and management, including emails to parents, follow-up reminders with student, and priority scheduling.

** Note that it is ultimately the student and parents’ responsibility to submit applications on time and to review contents of applications. The coach will provide oversight of the schedule, provide reminders on deadlines, and respond to questions. In no case will the coach provide advice regarding financial aid or financial aid filings.

PACKAGE TRACKING (Keep the code from your receipt)
When scheduling, enter the package code listed in your email receipt or enter the email address used to purchase the package. Either method will deduct sessions from the package total.

Five (5) sessions in which the student goes from idea generation to a final essay. If the essay takes fewer than five sessions, that time can be applied to supplemental essays.

Your student will have the opportunity to work with and develop a trusting relationship with the essay coach– Christina, Rachel, or Stephanie– throughout this process. The essay coach will guide the student through several phases:
- Idea generation and choosing themes that best reflect who the student is and what the student cares about
- Story mapping to find the best ways to “show” not “tell” the reader who the student is and what the student cares about
- Writing first drafts to flesh out stories and link ideas
- Organizing writing into a cohesive story with a clear arc and a compelling beginning, middle, and end
- Editing for content, tone, and clarity
- Fine copy and structural editing by a second member of the team as a final review

Throughout the process we will act as guides and coaches, not substitute writers. Students will be assigned work between sessions. Ideally, sessions are spaced 1-2/weeks apart.

The time may be spent in a combination of live meetings and off-line organizing with the coach.
