3 Small Group Equipment Classes This package can be used for Reformer/Tower (Beginner Intermediate) and Tower Flow (Open Level) This is an Introductory offer. Only one group class Introductory Offer is allowed per customer. In the Reformer/Tower classes we will work on the Reformer, Tower/Springboard, Spine Corrector, and mat, with props such as the magic circle. In the Tower Flow classes we will spend the whole class on the Tower, allowing for a smooth pacing in the class. We have max 4 participants which allows for individualized instruction. Classes are 50 mins. All classes in English. Pilates Lund has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Individual Sessions and Small Group Equipment Classes. For a duet session, you must book with a training partner. Each person purchases an Intro package, but only one person books, indicating the name of their partner in the booking. THIS PACKAGE IS FOR 2 SESSIONS FOR 1 PERSON. EACH PERSON IN THE DUET NEEDS TO PURCHASE THEIR OWN PACKAGE.
