Up to 7 workouts per week (1-2 hours per workout. No time limits) Daily training sessions are designed to mimic and replicate college and professional baseball players workouts. Each session includes all 6 aspects of a complete workout: 1) Mental, body, and movement quality preparation 2) Full body dynamic warmup where we increase athleticism, balance, coordination, and speed 3) Arm strength exercises 4) Hitting, pitching, fielding drills and workouts (exit velocity training, power development, swing work, batting practice, live at-bats) 5) Full strength and conditioning workout 6) Cool down and recovery exercises *this is a recurring month-to-month payment*

Price includes customized workout program (strength, arm care, mobility, speed, explosion, throwing, recovery work) from Performance Director Adam Jeannette (Master's in exercise science, CSCS). Each client also gains access to TrainHeroic app and personal account. The app tracks recovery, sleep habits, overall wellness, as well as every rep, set, and weight lifting workout you ever do. Each exercise has an instant video link with notes and examples of how to do the exercise if you can't make it into the lab to train. What you measure, you can improve. Membership includes daily access to BioSport weight room, cages, Proteus, Rapsodo, HitTrax, and other training equipment 7 days a week. Unlimited workouts. - Medicine Through Movement Membership

The MTM Membership gives each athlete full access to BioSport Athletics and all technology 7 days per week. Bryce (the creator of Medicine Through Movement) will be your designated trainer and create your custom workout program that includes: movement quality, mobility, personal correctives, strength & performance, arm care, plyoball throws, pitching plans, recovery, and nutrition while being here in person 5-6 days per week to guide you through each workout. The MTM membership includes personal one-on-one time with Bryce weekly to make sure you are on the right path and progressing.
- BioSport Golf Membership
$200.00 per month
BioSport Golf Training Membership - Access to Foresight Sports GCQuad Golf Simulator courses and driving range - Gives each member access to 15 simulator hours per month (only available during regularly scheduled business hours. These times change daily based on scheduled training. M-Th 2p-7p, F 2p-6p, Weekends TBD) - Allows access to weight room for performance training during all BioSport business hours 5 days/week (*Youth athletes need to be supervised by our training staff during lifting sessions. Supervised hours are M-F 2p-7p*)
