This Coaching Package includes:
One (60-Minute) Coaching Session + One (30-Minute) Follow-up Coaching Session
The sessions in this coaching package may be used during normal business hours only.
The sessions are non-refundable. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule Coaching Sessions. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the originally scheduled Coaching Session being marked as used.
I Need Some Help Making a Plan
This Coaching Package includes:
Two (60-Minute) Coaching Sessions + Two (30-Minute) Coaching Sessions
Please schedule a 60-Minute Coaching Session for our first appointment if this is our first time working together. You are free to schedule the other Coaching Sessions how you would like.

This Coaching Package is designed for us to work together over the course of six months to help you identify and establish healthy boundaries and/or go no-contact:
Fourteen (14) 60-Minute Coaching Sessions
Twelve (12) 30-Minute Coaching Sessions
Please schedule the coaching sessions as follows:
Month One: Four (4) 60-minute sessions
Month Two: Four (4) 60-minute sessions
Month Three: Two (2) 60-minute sessions + Two (2) 30-minute sessions
Month Four: Two (2) 60-minute sessions + Two (2) 30-minute sessions
Month Five: One (1) 60-minute session + Three (3) 30-minute sessions
Month Six: One (1) 60-minute session + Three (3) 30-minute sessions
