Coach builds your plan based on of your Goals and answers from our coaching questionnaire which will be sent to you upon purchase of this plan.
The custom plan includes a 30-minute online share screen session to help you navigate getting started using the TrainingPeaks platform and calculating your training parameters.
The plan will include specific endurance, strength, mobility, and core stability workouts.
One additional follow-up email with a coach is included at the half way point.
Plans can be created to help you achieve your goals for endurance events like running, cycling, triathlons, climbing, and more general goals, like: health risk reduction, weight management, and optimized fitness.
