COVID PREPAREDNESS POLICY

Some of the changes we will be implementing in our clinic as we return to seeing clients:

-We have modified our schedules, staggering appointment times, when possible, to help limit congestion in our waiting room.

-We ask that you do as much as possible online at www.innatehealing.as.me. (Scheduling, payments, etc.)

-Please arrive on time for your appointment. No more than 5 minutes prior, to allow for necessary time between clients.

-Strict sanitation guidelines will be followed before, during and after each session, including washing of all sheets, blankets, face coverings, wiping all common high-touch areas such as massage tables, face cradles, chairs, hooks, door handles, light switches, faucet handles & the check out area. (All of our disinfectant supplies are EPA approved)

-HEPA filter Air Purifier used in enclosed spaces, to help eliminate the spread of germs.

-We will no longer require masks to be worn in the clinic, however, for the comfort level of our clients, the therapist will wear a mask upon a client's request.

We offer a variety of modalities at Innate Healing. Each therapist has their specialty, so please choose the modality that best fits your needs.

Swedish/Myofascial Massage (light, effleurage relaxation massage to release tension of muscles and surrounding fascia, and to restore your body, mind and spirit)

Craniosacral Therapy (a gentle, lighter technique that directly connects to the central nervous system to release tension, pain and dysfunction deep in the body where long lasting effects from past physical trauma may have gone unnoticed )

Craniosacral Treatment Plan (An intensive treatment plan to allow for a quicker jumpstart for the client to see results in their treatment and feel better sooner! Schedule your 1st session then please call for the remaining visits)

Myofascial Release (a technique that involves sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion)

Appointments may be scheduled online! We also offer 90 minute sessions, but you will need to call or text 269-275-4854 if you'd like to schedule this.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 24 hour notice of cancellations or reschedules. This allows time for us to add another client that may be in need. If this is not possible, you may be assessed a missed appointment fee of half of your scheduled service price. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to this policy.
