By integrating Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and various Eastern Modalities, this approach will help release stress, relieve muscle tension, break up scar tissue, improve range of motion, exercise and stretch muscles, reduce spasms and cramping, and improve circulation and open up the energy flow throughout the body.
