Sessions is a 90 minute three step process. It will include a short guided meditation before the light & sound program, and time is given after the program to come back to your full awareness and ask any questions about your experience. Many experience stunning close eyed visuals and deep peace and relaxation. Some may experience OBE, astral travel, spiritual awakening or cleansing. The experience is different for everyone.

Our sessions are usually 90 minutes with a three step process. This gift is for a virtual guided meditation session. This session will include a guided meditation and remote energy sharing. If you're new to meditation, we may talk about the importance of grounding, the different types of meditation, and find what works for you.

The session will be recorded and shared with you so you'll have your own personal guided meditation that you can replay and use whenever you need.
