This package is for athletes who are ready to take their HYROX performance to the next level and willing to commit fully to to the process.
This package requires dedication and discipline.

HYROX (Drop in) Class At EVO Gyms
Location: Evo GYMS 6505 W Park Blvd Unit 200 Plano, TX 75093
Saturday 12pm
This HYROX training is led by official HYROX Coach Shelly and is centered on developing aerobic/anaerobic capacity, conditioning and strength, skill & technique for HYROX World fitness races. Workouts will include HYROX specific movements (ski erg, row erg, sled push/pull, wall balls etc) in a private gym setting.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME. You do not have to be racing to come to class, you are welcome to come get your sweat on regardless of if you intend to race in competition. [ask for code if you want to sign up!]
