INCLUSIONS - This Membership entitles the user to one 30min Infrared Sauna session p/w in our Standard 2 person sauna suites - Your membership includes a large bath towel and filtered water each session plus discounts on some add-ons. TERMS and CONDITIONS - You agree to be charged on a recurring basis for the term set out in this membership (minimum of 3 months or 90 days). Payment for this membership is taken on the same day each week until client terminates membership. - A minimum of 3 months or 90 days commitment is required, after which the client may cancel their membership at anytime with no cancellation fee. - In the event that your payment fails, you and Studio 72 will be notified, if payment isn't reinstated within 24hrs of payment fail, your membership will cancel permanently and the following conditions will apply - Once a memberships is cancelled and your direct debit stops, you will immediately loose access to all member privileges, and any membership passes still active on our booking system as well as any unbooked/unused sessions. - There are no cancellation fees after 3 months or 90 days, if you wish to cancel before your 3 month/90 day minimum term you will pay an exit fee of $55. - Unbooked sessions ROLL OVER and accumulate as part of this membership (major perk!) - This membership is not transferable, you are unable to gift your sessions to someone else or another person cannot take over your membership - Missed sessions will be forfeited if they are not rescheduled at least 12 hours beforehand - Any no shows will automatic forfeit their session and will not be able to rebook that session to another date/time - Memberships are a contract for a 3 month minimum term and will continue to roll over past the 3 month/90 days term if client does not cancel, clients can request a pause for up to 4 weeks throughout the membership term -Members will be able to add a friend to any of their session for $15 per person/per session
