If this is a recurring membership (not play pass packs) and signing up means you are allowing us to charge your card monthly. If a payment fails we will try again 4 times prior to fully canceling the membership. No refunds on memberships. Any membership purchased with a discount code requires a 3-month (or term) minimum. Memberships start on the day they are purchased, no exceptions. To cancel you can email or cancel online! Play pass packs are not transferable or refundable.
