Breathe Monthly Membership (FULL)
While you may experience some relief after one or two sessions, the real, lasting benefits of HBOT come from a sustained treatment plan. Like physical therapy or medication, consistent HBOT sessions allow your body to respond fully, leading to more significant and enduring results.
* Joining Breathe as a member gives you a monthly subscription of 16 sessions.
* This works out at just £18.68 per session and is ideal for long-term usage.
* This membership can also be shared between a family or a couple.

Breathe Monthly Membership - FAMILY PLAN

Perfect for up to 4 family members, this plan includes 32 sessions a month, giving each person 8 hours of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (if you share it equally). Share the benefits of healing, recovery, and wellness with your loved ones while enjoying unbeatable value.

The "40 Hour Protocol" Package
The 40-hour HBOT protocol is based on research showing that consistent exposure to hyperbaric oxygen over 40 sessions delivers cumulative benefits for healing and recovery. Essentially, after 40 hours, your cells can change on a molecular level.
This time frame allows the body to adapt, stimulating new blood vessel growth, reducing inflammation, and optimising cellular repair. By reaching this milestone, patients often see significant, long-lasting improvements in their health and well-being.
The 40 hours can be done at your own pace, and are different to our monthly rolling memberships, however, we would like to suggest that you finish your 40 hours as soon as possible.
Once you reach 40 hours, we recommend reducing down to a half or full monthly membership to retain results.
