Welcome to Pilates at STUDIO B! We are so glad you are joining us for your first 3 private sessions soon. Please allow one full business day for a teacher to contact you to schedule your time with us.

This is a great entry point for those who need a slower paced, beginner friendly Pilates class. With all of the Pilates equipment at our fingertips, you will learn the system from the ground up. Transitions, spring changes, equipment set up, and modifications will be addressed each class. Four students maximum.

Pilates mat is the foundation of the entire Pilates system. Learn the exercises that Mr. Pilates created as well as any modifications and progressions your body might need.

So that every student has a safe and productive class, please contact us before registering for any Pilates Equipment Classes please. Prior experience on Pilates apparatus is required, and we want to get that scheduled for you.
