Private Nordic Walking - 6x 90-minute Sessions

6x Nordic Walking Private Sessions (75 minutes) with Andrea Nahrgang Imbsen.

What to expect: Nordic walking at a medium pace uphill with various strength and balance exercises at different stations, cool-down walk or jog downhill to finish. As we progress, sessions can take on a move interval nature and are customised to the clients fitness goals.

No experience necessary, beginners welcome! Just bring your classic ski poles, a water bottle and running shoes for terrain. As we approach the colder, darker part of Autumn we will be on lighted trails and possibly use spikes on our shoes when needed. Spikes might be necessary in the early part of Spring as well .

These 6 sessions are redeemable from April - July 2024 & August - December 2024. You will receive a code after purchase that allows you to sign up for the sessions convenient for you each week.

Running: Private Lesson Package - 10x 90 minutes

This is an ideal package for runners that want customised attention for their individual goals and challenges, and is designed to help you increase your distance with technique expertise and injury prevention. Sessions are customised to your fitness level and individual goals and include technique, drills, timed running and stretching /movement as needed
This package is also redeemable for Private Nordic Walking training and interval sessions (120 minutes each).
