I understand the following:

Coaching Package Rules:

-Coaching Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

-Codes for Gift certificates and Coaching Packages never expire.

-There are no refunds for unused coaching calls purchased in a package, but they can be gifted to someone else.

-Coaching call packages cannot be used for any other services.

Subscription Rules for Parallel Study Sessions:

-For subscriptions there are NO refunds for unused months. It is up to you to cancel before the next billing cycle. *Subscriptions for group practices must follow cancelation policy outlined in their agreement.

-For individual subscribers: Do NOT share your code with anyone otherwise you will be removed from the group and charged one month of subscription per person that used your code.
