Private Class Packages
A one-on-one session to focus on your physical goals and concerns. We will use a combination of mat and equipment exercises based on your level of comfort and capability. All equipment is provided. Plus your first pair of Pilates socks is included! Price shown includes tax.
Comprehensive Starter Package
$300 +8.32% NM Tax. Once you purchase this package, you'll receive a code to use in order to book your 4 introductory sessions. You may book any available spots on the calendar.
Each session is 55 minutes, and all equipment is provided. These sessions include a postural analysis and gait analysis. Your instructor will dedicate extra time and study to develop a comprehensive plan for your ongoing practice that meets your goals and needs. We also provide pilates socks to ensure stability during your workout, which are yours to keep. Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move around in, and bring a water bottle if you like.
$406.00 incl NM Tax. With consistent practice comes consistent improvement. Invest in 5 private sessions to focus on building strength, flexibility, and skill with one-on-one coaching.
