Refund Policy: No Refunds

Due to the nature of this work, there are no refunds provided. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule.

Monthly payment plan policy:

If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are required to complete all of your monthly payments. Failure to complete your monthly payments may result in denied access to future mentorship and/or programs.

Declined payment policy:

As a client of Cyclically Olivia, you are required to complete all of your payments. You have 5 business days from the date of the payment decline to bring your account into good standing. Failure to bring your account into good standing may result in denied access to future mentorship and/or programs.

Scheduling:

If your purchase includes mentorship sessions, it is your sole responsibility to schedule a session each month. Sessions do NOT rollover from month to month. If there are unforeseen circumstances that inhibit your ability to book your monthly session, please reach out to Olivia to discuss your unique circumstances and she will do her best to accommodate. In the unlikely event that there is a scheduling conflict between both parties, a solution will be worked out between both parties (i.e. rescheduling at a later date).
