Studio Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Indigo Sky Studios] (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio") and the undersigned member (hereinafter referred to as "the Member"). By subscribing to our subscription, the Member agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

(Please note when referring to "2-hour blocks" it is the minimum time that can be booked, you may book 3, 4, 5 hours and so on, but can not book less than 2.)

Subscription Rules:

1. Nontransferable Blocks: Each 2-hour block within the subscription is nontransferable. This means that the allotted time cannot be shared with or used by anyone other than the subscribed member. Collaborations are welcomed, but subscribing member must be present at all times.

2. Unbreakable Blocks: To ensure fair usage and optimal scheduling, minimum 2-hour blocks cannot be broken down into smaller increments. We encourage subscribers to make the most of their creative time during each session.

3. No Rollover Hours: Unused hours from the current month's subscription will not carry over to the following month. We encourage subscribers to take full advantage of their allocated time within the subscription period.

4. Cancellation Policy: Subscribers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time without any binding commitments. We value your freedom and understand that circumstances can change.

1. Studio Usage Rules:

a. Maintaining Cleanliness: The Member agrees to leave the studio space in the same condition as it was found. All personal items, equipment, and trash must be removed after each session.

b. Cyclorama Curves: The Member acknowledges that the cyclorama curves are sensitive and must not be stepped on, leaned against, or damaged in any way. Careful consideration and handling are expected at all times.

c. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio premises. The Member and their clients shall refrain from smoking in the studio, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

d. Minimizing Risk: The Member agrees not to engage in any activities that could pose a risk to their own safety or the safety of others. This includes the proper usage of equipment, adherence to safety guidelines, and following the instructions of Studio staff.

2. Responsibility for Clients:

a. Damage Responsibility: The Member is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their clients, or any individuals accompanying them. All damages shall be assessed and charged to the Member.

b. Client Conduct: The Member agrees to ensure that their clients and guests adhere to the studio rules and regulations. Any violations of studio policies by clients or guests will be the responsibility of the Member.

3. Termination of Membership:

a. Serious Offenses: In cases of repeated or significant violations of the studio rules, the Studio reserves the right to terminate the Member's subscription without refund. Such offenses include, but are not limited to, intentional damage, disruptive behavior, and disregard for safety protocols.

4. Agreement Acceptance:

In accepting this Agreement, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the rules and terms outlined herein. The Member acknowledges that failure to adhere to these rules may result in the termination of their membership without refund.

5. Indemnification:

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the Member's use of the studio, including but not limited to violations of studio rules, property damage, or personal injury.

6. Amendment:

Indigo Sky Studios reserves the right to amend these rules and policies as necessary. Any amendments will be communicated to the Member in writing.

By purchasing the subscription, the member acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of this Agreement and its terms.
