**BTS Membership Policy**

*Membership Payment
Membership fees will EFT (electronic fund transfer) on the 5 th of each month. If appointment is scheduled before the 5 th of the month, Membership fee will be applied and paid for on the
day of service.

Member is responsible for contacting our establishment, Beneath the Skin, of any payment method updates/changes
via email (Beneaththeskininfo@gmail.com). Insufficient payment will result in the need to sign up for
Membership again.

*Re-enrollment fee
A $25 re-enrollment fee will be applied to accounts when a Membership has ended due to insufficient payment method.

*Credit Transferability
A credit may be gifted to a family/friend. In doing so, this takes the place of the Member redeeming the credit for that month used. No other promotions will apply.

*Combined Credits
A maximum of two (consecutive) credits combined may be used by Members only. In doing so, a Member may apply two credits towards a Premium treatment to be used in one visit.

*Credit Expiry
A credit will expire after a 60 day period. Ex. A credit for January must be used by the last day in February, otherwise the January credit is no longer valid. No Exceptions.

**Credits No Longer Rollover

To cancel Membership, a 30-calendar day notice via email is to be submitted to (Beneaththeskininfo@gmail.com). Non-fulfillment of this request may result in EFT withdrawing on
the 5 th of the following month.

*We do not Hold or Pause a Membership. Simply re-enroll when ready. If the account was retired in good standing, there will not be a $25 re-enrollment fee applied.
