By the end of the session, you will have gained more clarity, personal power, and a better understanding of what’s next on your healing journey. These sessions are a safe and transformative home for you to heal your trauma (what did or didn’t happen to you), regulate your nervous system, de-stress your life, and empower yourself to embody deeper alignment with your true expansive self. These sessions are deliberate sovereign steps to choose another way—to step deeper into your power and toward the deeper liberation of your body's innate healing capacities and the expression of your whole human self. By leaning into body-based approaches, such as Somatic Experiencing, and utilizing its brilliance alongside the Polyvagal Theory and my capacity for somatic attunement and access to the resonant field, your inner foundation has the opportunity to rekindle what has been lost and unpracticed, thereby strengthening your capacity for resilience, growth, intimacy, well-being, and inner resourcefulness.
