Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Agreement: You are entering into a subscription agreement with Silhouette Solutions YEG Inc. ("the Company"). This agreement governs your use of the Company's subscription service.
2. Subscription Plan: You agree to subscribe to the plan selected during the signup process, including any associated fees and billing cycles.
3. Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan in a timely manner. Payments will be processed using the payment method provided during signup.
4. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You authorize the Company to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on file.
5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal or by contacting us at Silhouette Solutions YEG. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
6. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Service Availability: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of access to the service due to factors beyond our control.
8. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
9. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be provided via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
