POLICIES – PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Payment is due in full at the time you purchase your package. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Please don't be late for your sessions, as all sessions conclude at the scheduled time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do this by clicking the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button in your confirmation email. If you are unable to do this, please email catherine@soothed.com.au instead. Note that a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
A full credit back to your package will be issued for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment takes place.
A 50% credit back to your package will be issued for appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment takes place.
You may request a refund only if the first session has not yet taken place.
No credits or refunds are given if you fail to show up for your appointment (no show).
Your package must be redeemed in full before the expiry date (60 days from purchase date or 120 days for ongoing support package).
