In this 6-week course you will learn how awareness can increase your capacity to cope, practices to enhance your awareness, and tools to manage stress that are practical and accessible. Working with physical forms, breathing, visualizations and awareness practices, you will become familiar with a host of stress-busting techniques that will change your life.

You will learn:

Every class will follow a basic structure that includes a check-in, main lecture and physical practice as well as breathwork and discussion.

About Shulamit Ber Levtov, MA, RSW, RYT

Shulamit is a counselling social worker working primarily with women whose stress has become unmanageable and who want compassionate and effective ways to cope well and feel better.

For over 16 years, Shulamit has been professionally active providing personal growth, psychotherapeutic and and Yoga services, with thousands of hours of 1-to-1 work with hundreds of clients in private practice, business settings, employee assistance programs and publicly-funded agencies. She has particular experience and training supporting women and men who have lived through childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault.

As a teacher, Shulamit has been facilitating local and international classes and trainings in Yoga, Nonviolent Communication, and Focusing for corporations, community groups, yoga studios and individuals since 2000.
