Cancellation Policy:
Except where prohibited by law, session fees will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows. Sessions can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. If there is an emergency, please get in contact by replying to your booking email as soon as possible. Certain refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted on sole discretion of the company. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session this will be considered a no-show. No-Show sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Payment Policy:
By booking a session or purchasing a package, I agree to these terms: (a) If I choose a payment plan, I am obligated to pay all payments even if I discontinue using the product or service, or the payments extend beyond the service dates. (b) If I am enrolling in monthly a subscription, I may cancel my subscription at any time. No further subscription payments will be taken and no pro-rated refunds are available for subscription fees already paid.
