Appointments/Readings are done by phone, Skype, or in person at Diana’s home in Nutley, NJ (when safe to do so).

• Appointments are expected to start on time. Late arrivals means losing that time.
• Time Zone for appointment booking is Eastern Standard Time, make sure you are aware of the appointment time for your zone.
• All readings are recorded and a copy is sent as a mp3 file.
• All sessions booked through the website are paid at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment.
• Sessions lasting more than one hour are prorated $25 per 15 minutes increments.
• An automatic confirmation is sent when appointment is made and you will receive a reminder email before your scheduled appointment.
• Under New Jersey State Law, it is understood that PSYCH-K®, coaching, readings, NLP and energy healing are complementary and alternative, and are not meant to substitute for medical diagnosis, treatments or interventions. Proper medical exams and diagnostic evaluations completed by your physician or mental health professional are an important aspect of healing and wellness. Cancellation policy:

• Rescheduling an appointment by either party, must be made 48 hours in advance. I will make every effort to reschedule sessions that are made in a timely manner.
• A full refund will be issued for appointments cancelled prior to 48 hours.
• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the appointment time a refund will be issued less a $50 administrative fee.
• There are no refunds given for cancelling less than 24 hours.
