I understand that Holistic Massage Does not issue Refunds on Packages, Gift Certificates / service vouchers, nor Subscription / Membership payments. These Items are considered used & redeemed at the time the appointment is scheduled. Client must cancel a scheduled appointment no less than 6 hours prior to the start of the appointment for the credit to be retuned to the account.
All Sales of these items are final. Items may be gifted or transfired another individual. Items Will expire on the expiration date listed or at time of cancellation of subscription / membership.
