Working with a coach has tremendous potential to create positive shifts in one's life.My firm belief is that you carry within you your own answers, as you recognize your own true nature. My job is to support you in shining a light on what might be holding you back and pointing you toward what is always true.
CLIENT AGREEMENTAs a client: I understand that coaching is not advice-giving, psychotherapy or counseling, and that professional referrals will be given, if needed.
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during, after and between my coaching calls. I am responsible for any and all choices and decisions I make.
As your coach: I am committed to keeping all contacts, information and records confidential, unless otherwise required by law.
Coaching requires us both to be fully engaged – I commit to showing up free from distractions and able to give my full attention to the session, and I respectfully invite you to do the same. (For example - I don't coach anyone who's driving, cooking or actively engaged in childcare - it doesn't work, and your investment in yourself is worth more than that.)If you have questions or concerns about any of the information above, please contact me as soon as possible prior to your session, at ali@aliduffey.com.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICIESSessions are approximately fifty minutes (or whatever your particular flavor of coaching states) in duration.
At the appointed time I will be on the call and will wait for fifteen minutes, after which time, if you have not dialed in, the session will be forfeit. (Sessions will end at the hitherto-agreed-upon time even if you dial in late.)
(If you're running late, or are having technical difficulties, PLEASE let me know as soon as possible.)
Cancellations and rescheduling may be done up to 23 hours in advance of your session with no penalty. (You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your session so this is your chance!)
In case of life and death emergency within 23 hours of your session, please email me ASAP to reschedule.
PACKAGE DURATION POLICY
Coaching works best when sessions are held consistently. Having said that, sometimes life, illness, holidays etc. intervene, so coaching packages will have a grace period of a few weeks past their end date.
PAYMENT POLICYIf you choose a payment plan, rather than a one-off full payment, please ensure you understand that this is NOT a subscription - meaning, this is not a "pay-as-you-go" arrangement. A payment plan represents a full commitment, for the full amount - it simply allows you to pay in installments. You are committing to pay the full amount for your coaching package when you agree to these Terms and Conditions..
