Our Mini-Courses offer one-on-one private training at one of our indoor training facilities (St Paul & NE Minneapolis) or our outdoor training facility (West St Paul Sport Park). The Mini-Course curriculum is adapted from our popular group class training, but without the "group" part! Each Mini-Course consists of 4 one-hour sessions, scheduled at your convenience and adapted to your schedule within our course offerings. We recommend meeting once per week for these Mini-Courses.
