If you fail to attend your booked session or give less than 24 hours notice the session will be considered redeemed.
Gift vouchers
valid for 6 months from date of purchase: they are redeemable after this time but extra fees MAY be payable if our prices have increased.
4 sessions must be used within 4 weeks of 1st session
6 sessions must be used within 6 weeks of 1st session
10 sessions must be used within 10 weeks of 1st session.
Refunds available on sessions not used, but will be charged at full fee. I.e. if use 8 sessions of the 10 (deal price 460 individual price £500 - refund would be £60)
Sessions are non-transferable, cancellation policy applies. If after the full 10 weeks is up and the sessions are NOT used they are considered redeemed.

Monthly Maintenance Membership
Automatic monthly subscription - payments start the date you sign up and runs on same date each month there after (up to 28th of month - will default to 28th if 29/30/31). This date can be changed by you or I (at your request)
Can be cancelled at ANY time.
Advance booking strongly recommended - can book as a recurring slot - same day and time each month, but you don't HAVE to do it this way.
24 hours notice of cancellation of booked appointment required or it will be considered used for that month (unless it can be filled by someone else).
In addition to the monthly session you can access for FREE 1 bonus session per calendar year as needed for emergencies.. e.g. "cricked your neck", "exam stress"..
