These policies have come to fruition over the last 4 decades. These policies are intended to be clear communication between The Best Colonics and any and all visiting patrons, as to respect both the client, our establishment, and our therapist/s.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COLONICS PROCESS

Colonic/colon hydrotherapy sessions/purchases constitute the room being reserved for 1-hour slots, not the therapy itself.
During the actual colonic process, what determines how long the colonic procedure is , will be the actual success of the colonic release itself.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

Scheduled appointments need to be present 2 min before their appointment time.
Should someone show up late for their scheduled appointment, they are forfeiting any minutes lost during their allotted time slot.

“NO SHOWS”

If a client fails to show for a scheduled appointment, within the 24 hour period, please be advised the entire cost of the scheduled service will be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellations are made by emailing info@thebestcolonics.com

Cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment must occur more than 24 hours before the beginning of the scheduled appointment time.

All cancellations requesting a refund, regardless of circumstances, outside the 24 hour time period , before their scheduled appointment, will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. (We get charged by our merchant services for your credit card purchase and cancellation)

When rescheduling or canceling online it is the client's responsibility to confirm any changes by text as well, during regular business hours. Please text 818-314-2111

PACKAGES

Same general policies apply for packages as well as single purchases with the added exception that...
- The Best colonics will ONLY refund the purchase price, minus a 5% refund fee , of any package IF:
  - no visits have been used
  - refund is requested within 15 days of the purchase
  - refund is requested prior to the 24 hour period of the beginning of the scheduled appointment.
  - Packages EXPIRE 180 calendar days after purchase.

If a client fails to show for any scheduled appointment regardless the package/single option purchased this constitutes the use of one (1) visit and the client will be charged the entire cost of that scheduled appointment.
When purchasing any colonic package, please be advised that refunds will not be given for any unused visits.
