CANCELLATION POLICY (Camps, Classes, Workshops/Intensives and Rentals): Catapult Acting, LLC has a 24-hour grace period in which clients can cancel their registration and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 10% cancelation fee will apply. If the client chooses to cancel 15-21 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. If the registration is cancelled within 14 days of the event, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. *Please note that the above policy also applies to clients on a payment plan and clients are responsible for all installments of the plan, should they decide to cancel within the aforementioned timeframe - once registered, you are agreeing to make to all payments associated with a class. There are no refunds for missed, dropped or cancelled classes, should your schedule change (i.e. should a client book a project) once registered and within the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY (APPOINTMENT-BASED SERVICES): Catapult Acting, LLC has a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointment-based services. If the appointment is cancelled within that window, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: If the session is being booked for the same day, the client will already be within the cancellation window & payment will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: that if you cancel this appointment yourself, refunds are not automated. Youth + Adult Classes: We reserve the right to merge or cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Most classes require a minimum of 8 students. In the rare event that a class has less than 8 students, it is possible that it will be paired with its corresponding class (i.e. teens + youth). Clients will be notified if there is a change in time.
