CANCELLATION POLICY (Camps, Classes, Workshops/Intensives and Rentals): Catapult Acting, LLC has a 24-hour grace period in which clients can cancel their registration and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 10% cancelation fee will apply. If the client chooses to cancel 15-21 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. If the registration is cancelled within 14 days of the event, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. *Please note that the above policy also applies to clients on a payment plan and clients are responsible for all installments of the plan, should they decide to cancel within the aforementioned timeframe - once registered, you are agreeing to make to all payments associated with a class, workshop, or camp. There are no refunds for missed, dropped or cancelled events, should your schedule change (i.e. should a client book a project) once registered and within the cancellation policy.
Nearly all Catapult instructors and coaches are working actors. Class and workshop instructors could change at any time, and/or substitutes could fill in for lead coach as needed, without change to the Catapult curriculum or progression of the class. No credits or refunds will be given for this reason as Catapult only allows changes with qualified and internally trained coaches. In the event that quarantine or other like situation should take place, workshops + classes will continue virtually via Zoom. The cancellation policy above will still apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY (APPOINTMENT-BASED SERVICES): Catapult Acting, LLC has a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointment-based services. If the appointment is cancelled within that window, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: If the session is being booked for the same day, the client will already be within the cancellation window & payment will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: that if you cancel this appointment yourself, refunds are not automated. Youth + Adult Classes: We reserve the right to merge or cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Most classes require a minimum of 8 students. In the rare event that a class has less than 8 students, it is possible that it will be paired with its corresponding class (i.e. teens + youth). Clients will be notified if there is a change in time.
