When you come, we will show you how to pull on the ropes and give you some climbing tips. You can also venture into our bouldering room where most of our members climb with no ropes and thick pads to safely fall on.

We will give you climbing shoes, chalk and a harness. Just wear some comfortable exercise clothes and get ready for a fun work out!
