“I hereby release any claim I might have against Freestyle Sports, LLC, its coaches, directors, or any volunteer coach, which might arise from any injury or other damage my child might incur while training. I understand that sport activities have inherent risks and I hereby assume all risks and hazards incident to my child’s participation in all sport activities. I further waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Freestyle Sports, LLC, the organizers, volunteers, supervisors, officers, directors, participants, coaches, referees as well as persons or parents transporting participants to or from such activities from any claims or injury sustained during training."

Freestyle Sports, LLC reserves the right to cancel any or all of the appointments. If Freestyle Sports, LLC decides to do so, the client will receive a complete refund. Client cancellations up until seven days of the start date will be eligible to receive a full refund. Client cancellations within seven days of the start date will be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given after start of the class/program.
