I understand the features for the given package that I am purchasing and agree to the following terms and conditions:

TUTORING PACKAGE LATE PAYMENT POLICY: In the event of a failed/late package payment, Client will not be able to receive tutoring services or schedule future appointments until payment is made. Clients with a failed automatic payment will have a grace period of 24 hours to make the payment without being considered late. A flat $10 late payment fee will be charged for all late payments and must be paid, along with the existing missed payment, before resuming services.

Clients will have up to three instances of being late with a payment before being required to pay all future tutoring packages in full before receiving services. Clients that are over 5 days late at any time will be required to pay all future tutoring packages in full moving forward.

COLLEGE PACKAGES: In the event of a dropped class, you will be charged $60/hour for the amount of time you have received tutoring services. Customer will be refunded the difference if more than that amount has already been paid, or will be charged the remaining unpaid amount using your card-on-file. To receive money-back guarantee for unlimited packages, student must send copy of official class grades showing no unattempted (zero grade) tests or homework assignments with at least 25 hours of tutoring sessions from Next Level Math Tutoring.
