WHAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW. !!!! STRICTLY ENFORCED !!!!

1.🚨🚨🚨 If you cannot make your scheduled class. You must cancel it at least 4 hours before the scheduled class. Either by this site or by contacting the center (5403458000) If you do not cancel your scheduled class within the 4-hour time frame, you will be charged $25 and you will not receive a make-up class. 🚨🚨🚨

2. Schedule your session at least 36 hours before the start time.

3. Show up for your scheduled session at least 10 minutes early.

4. Have your hands wrapped, shoes tied or uniform on, and be warmed up at least 3 minutes before your session begins.

SESSIONS BEGIN AND END ON TIME

Everyone expects to START and END on TIME. So with that said sessions will begin and end on time. That means you have to be ready to go at the start time. Not wrapping your hands. But ready to start your first station. Usually, there is another session getting ready to start right after one session ends. Therefore if you show up late. You will join in where ever the current session is at. After you warm up on your own. Example: If you show up 5 minutes late for a 30 minute session and it takes you 3 minutes to warm up. You will participate in the last 22 minutes of the session.
