Connection is everything!
Let's dance, chat, and connect with each other and continue to build and strengthen our community. During the month, we'll come together once weekly to dance and we'll also have time to talk to one another freely in our guided conversations. Each class is your time to dance, connect, and talk to lend your support and accountability or to receive it.
Not only will I join in on the conversation, but you'll be able to bounce your questions off of me as a Certified Health Coach/Certified Personal Trainer during class, but also in a private Facebook group just for this series.
