THIS IS A SPECIAL RATE FOR LATE REPORTING. This special rate is only available by special approval from the STAA staff following the discussion of the circumstances. Please check with your advisor to confirm if the late reporting fee is due per semester or per academic year.

GENERAL COMMENTS: Semester Reporting Packets are due February 28 and June 30 of the school year. A one-month extension may be requested by email without charge. Following the extension, the per-month extension rate is a monthly recurring charge of $35.00. Be sure to send in complete or mostly complete reporting packets by the deadlines printed on the Semester Reporting Forms.

Preparing Letters of Academic Recommendation is a service that is not part of the St. Thomas Aquinas Academy enrollment contract. There is a charge of $65.00 to cover the advisor's time. The 30-minute telephone meeting prior to writing the letter may come from the consultation time in your current enrollment package or you may pay for it separately if your enrollment package does not have any time left.

This subscription extends your students' enrollment one month at a time to accommodate year-round schedules, courses that will not be completed in June, and semester reporting packets that will not be ready for mailing by February 28th and/or June 30th.

PARENTS: Cancel this monthly recurring charge as soon as your student's courses are complete and email staff@staahomeschool.com a message saying that he or she no longer needs access to the STAA Student Zone. There will be no more charges after that point.

Register your student for access to the online quizzes, resources, and support offered through the STAA Student Zone. To get started, activate this month-to-month subscription and schedule a registration consultation with a St. Thomas Aquinas Academy advisor (a link and invitation to arrange the meeting will be provided after the subscription is started). This subscription allows one student to register for up to six courses at a time. The STAA Student Zone is available from August 1 through July 15. This is a month-to-month subscription; cancel any time after the first month.
