Please Read: If your event is cancelled or rescheduled it is up you to notify your guests of cancellation or rescheduled date. A party may only be rescheduled if there is inclement weather. Any party packages that are cancelled will forfeit full payment or any payments made towards final balance. Also, if (birthday girl or parents) have been exposed to COVID-19 and are awaiting negative results your event can be rescheduled however, we must be notified within 72 hours of your event date or you will forfeit full payment.
After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to choose your date & time. Additionally, when choosing the "Payment Plan" option there is no additional fee but you must book at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. After, submitting your payment, don't forget to click the blue SCHEDULE button within your order receipt to choose your date & time. By confirming your appointment you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to these conditions.
