This 10 session package provides a realistic amount of time to dig into a new fitness routine and to start integrating lifelong habits. Included in this package are take-home workouts, email advice, support and coaching. There will be a focus on technique, body awareness, and new skills. A Functional Movement Assessment at the beginning and end of these 12 sessions will identify where we can work to improve the mobility, flexibility, strength and symmetry in your body. ($85/session)

20 Personal Training Sessions

This 20 session package is for those who are serious about their fitness future. It will keep you committed for enough time to take you through several workout phases, and will provide you with the skills and tools to develop your own independent workout routine to keep you going! Included in this package are take-home workouts, email support and coaching. There will be a focus on technique, body awareness, and the development of new skills. A Functional Movement Assessment at the beginning and end of these 24 sessions will identify where we can work to improve the mobility, flexibility, strength and symmetry in your body. ($80/session)
