We will talk about you, your goals and aspirations, your limitations and realities.
We will assess your movement ability, your body composition and your exercise capacity.
An Individualized program design :
Based on what we find in the consultation and assessment, we make you a program!
1.5 hour technical exercise instruction:
We will go through the program with you, step by step, in the gym!
Then you are off to the races! Train away.
