Psychophysical Integration, a.k.a The Trager Approach facilitates the release of deep-seated physical and mental patterns, resulting in deep relaxation, increased physical mobility, and mental clarity. Through gentle, non-intrusive movements within the body’s pain-free range and natural rhythm, the body’s holding patterns relax and a new learning and awareness takes place.  The quality of touch and movement is such that you experience the feeling of moving effortlessly and freely on your own. As your body and mind receive these soft movements, tensions disappear and new movement patterns become possible.  The benefits of a Trager session are cumulative, with subsequent sessions allowing for deeper and long-lasting changes.

Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that provides targeted nervous system relaxation which can alleviate a wide range of health issues.

It is suggested to begin with a series of three sessions, generally once a week. Very often issues can be resolved or greatly improved within three sessions, but there is no limit to how many sessions one can receive. Each session builds on the one before it; there are always deeper layers one can address.
