Cancellations:

Once booked, I prepare for your time and other clients cannot book that time. Please understand that both your time and my time is precious. Just as you rely on me to stick to the schedule, I must rely on you.

$25 charge if less than 24 hours (this may increase if someone else had to be “bumped” to accommodate your time)
Lateness: it’s your scheduled time, your session will end on your scheduled end time.
Full price if no-show or cancelling by phone within 2 hours before an appointment
Emergencies understandable (within reason)

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION:

These packages prices are discounted because you are committing to a number of sessions. If you would like to cancel any unused sessions and get a pro-rated refund:

First-time package customers: your used sessions will be charged at the regular single session price and refunded for the balance (minus the 3% credit fee charged by our credit card company)
Subsequent package customers: You will be refunded in full for remaining sessions (minus the 3% credit fee charged by our credit card company)
