Terms and Conditions for the offerings of Rose Goodman, L.Ac's Integrative Medicine Treatments, Guided Transformational Processes, Residential Health Intensives & Retreats

Welcome to our integrative medicine services, guided transformational processes, residential health intensives, and retreats. By making a purchase and participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered: Our services include integrative medicine treatments, guided transformational processes - meditations, breathwork, coaching, residential health intensives, and retreats (collectively referred to as "Services") designed to support your overall well-being.

2. Scope of Services: We will provide the Services as described on our website and marketing materials, taking into account your individual needs and preferences.

3. Eligibility: Clients must be of legal age to participate in the Services. For residential health intensives and retreats, any participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

4. Booking and Payment: To secure your reservation for residential health intensives and retreats, a non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment must be received before the start of the program. For other Services, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

a. For Residential Health Intensives & Retreats:

• Cancellations made 8 days or more before the start date will receive a refund, less the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

b. For Individual Services (In-person and Online):

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history to ensure safe and effective delivery of the Services. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your health status during the course of the program.

7. Confidentiality: All information shared during the Services will be treated as confidential, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Disclaimer: a. Our integrative medicine treatments are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. They are intended to complement and support your overall health and wellness. b. Participation in guided transformational processes, residential health intensives, and retreats is voluntary, and you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with such activities.

9. Health and Safety: We prioritize your safety during the Services. If at any time we believe that your participation may be detrimental to your health or well-being, we reserve the right to recommend modifications, discontinue your participation, or suggest seeking medical advice.

10. Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to our code of conduct, which includes treating fellow participants, staff, and property with respect and following any rules and guidelines provided during the program.

11. Intellectual Property: All materials and content provided during the Services remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, USA. You agree to arbitration to find a mutually agreeable resolution, in the event of a dispute.
