This 1:1 lesson will include an in depth paddle stroke analysis and tips and tricks based on your goals whether they are just paddling more efficiently or competing in your first SUP race. Coach Kirsten is a 2x Midwest Paddle league Champion and has competed in countless races in the US and Europe. She is also a certified Personal Trainer and can help you improving your overall health and fitness through Paddleboarding.
